Remote Global Health ("RGH," "we," "us," or "our") is a telemedicine practice. Its administrative services are provided by Professional Practice Services LLC, a Utah limited liability company. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our website at https://www.rglobalhealth and related online forms (together, the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have, including how to opt out.

If you become a patient, the health information we create or receive while caring for you is protected health information under HIPAA. That information is governed by our separate Notice of Privacy Practices, which controls if it conflicts with this policy.

By using the Site or submitting a form, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

Information we collect

We collect only what you choose to give us, plus basic technical data that websites routinely receive.

• Name, email address, mailing address

• The phone number you enter on a form, and your consent to receive text messages

• Questions or details you type into a form or send us by text or email

• IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, referring site, date and time of visit

Please do not submit medical details through general website forms. Clinical information should be shared only through our secure patient channels.
