Remote Global Health — SMS Terms & Condition

The Remote Global Health text messaging program

These terms govern the Remote Global Health text messaging program (the "Program"). Messages are sent by Remote Global Health ("RGH," "we," "us"), a telemedicine practice whose administrative services are provided by Professional Practice Services LLC, a Utah limited liability company.

By giving us your mobile number and checking the consent box on our website or another form, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Messages we send and why

The Program sends service-related messages only. We do not send marketing or promotional texts.

  • Appointment reminders

    • Purpose: Help you keep scheduled visits

    • Example: "Remote Global Health: Reminder of your telehealth visit on [date] at [time]. Reply STOP to opt out."

  • Scheduling

    • Purpose: Confirm, change, or cancel appointments

    • Example: "Remote Global Health: Your appointment is confirmed for [date]. Reply HELP for help."

  • Account and service updates

    • Purpose: Notify you of updates about your care or account

    • Example: "Remote Global Health: You have a new message in your patient portal. Log in to view it."

  • Responses to inquiries

    • Purpose: Reply to questions you send us through our website

    • Example: "Remote Global Health: Thanks for reaching out. A team member will contact you within 1 business day."

For your privacy, texts will not include detailed medical information. Clinical details are shared only through secure channels.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies with your appointments and requests. Most people receive [up to 4] messages per month.

Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan with your carrier. Remote Global Health does not charge for Program messages.

How to opt out or get help

To stop messages: Reply STOP to any message at any time. You can also reply END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT. You will receive one final text confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent. To rejoin, reply START or sign up again on our website.

Other terms

  • Consent is optional. Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase or service.

  • Eligibility. You must be the account holder for the mobile number, or have the account holder's permission, and be at least 18 years old.

  • Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed.

  • Privacy. Your mobile number and consent will not be shared with or sold to third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

  • Changes. We may update these terms. The effective date below shows when they last changed.
